Heart disease is generally used interchangeably with cardiovascular disease. We can describe heart disease as a name of condition that affects our heart. Disease which can be put under the heart disease includes blood vessels diseases such as heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias), coronary artery diseases and also includes all the inborn congenital heart defects.
Generally cardiovascular disease includes a condition that involves narrowed or blocked blood vessels which increases the risk of a heart attack (e.g. angina or stroke). It also includes heart conditions which affect your heart muscle, valves or rhythm. People who follow unhealthy life style like smoking, lack of exercise, poor diet and who suffers from obesity, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure are more prom to heart disease.
